Muar, August 16th – In a swift and coordinated operation, Muar police launched “Ops Dadu” (Operation Dice) yesterday, targeting illegal gambling activities in the area. Led by the Muar Police District Director, Raj Mukhriz, and Muar Criminal Division Director, Mohd Juhari, a team comprising police officers, Tenaga Corporation representatives, and Muar City Council law enforcement officers executed the operation seamlessly.
The enforcement action was in response to growing concerns over the proliferation of illegal gambling operations in the Muar district. These activities not only contribute to social issues but also pose a significant challenge to local law enforcement.
In a statement released on their official Facebook page, the Muar Police District urged the public to be vigilant and proactive in reporting any suspicious activities related to illegal gambling or other criminal behaviors.
