(Bentong, Malaysia, 25th April) – A family of four traveling from Bentong to Kuala Lumpur in a Proton Exora sedan had to be rushed to the hospital for treatment after experiencing dizziness while driving. The incident occurred in front of the Bentong toll gate, and authorities are still investigating the cause of their condition.
According to a post by the Bukit Aman Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department on Facebook, the incident took place around 2:40 PM on the 24th of April. The post stated that an adult man, an adult woman, and two children were traveling in the car when they began to feel dizzy and had to stop in front of the toll booth to seek help.
Upon discovering that one of the passengers had fainted, traffic police immediately provided assistance. The authorities are urging drivers to take adequate rest before driving long distances to avoid being affected by hot or bad weather.
